I think the prime issue for 100% of Americans is whether or not the United States is an indivisible nation, that balances justice, liberty, and the private pursuits of people.

I am sorry for all those who have suffered losses. The recent extreme weather and flooding is a red flag which people and businesses need to act to protect their assets. Hazard insurance for private property and contents, as well as life insurance is a private matter.

The zoning of land, and the issuance of building permits is a local-control issue, consistent with the US Constitution. Local elected officials have the authority and responsibility to decide such matters, consistent with applicable State statutes.
